Kaalo has collaborated with Dell Enterprises as the first in their industry to develop the Dell AR Assistant, entirely from scratch. Augmented reality, in the form of the AR Assistant, can show customers and technicians how to perform complex servicing procedures using only a smartphone. View hardware from any angle while the assistant walks you through the steps as if they were standing beside you. Available in 8 languages, it is available live on the AppStore and PlayStore. Since it’s launch in June of 2020, there are more than 180 laptops, desktops and servers available for DIY part replacement and training.
